PSB验证由新加坡标准生产力与改革委员会（简称 Spring Singapore）主管。PSB 是新加坡生产力与标准局的简称，现改为新加坡标准生产力与改革委员会 SPRING（Standards, Productivity and Innovation Board）负责消费者保护（安全要求）注册计划（CPS Scheme），以确保消费性电器、电子、燃气器具及产品的安全。
PSB certification is administered by the Standards, Productivity and Innovation Board (known as SPRING Singapore). PSB stands for the Productivity and Standards Board. It has now been succeeded by SPRING (Standards, Productivity and Innovation Board), which manages the Consumer Protection (Safety Requirements) Registration Scheme (CPS Scheme) to ensure the safety of consumer electrical, electronic, gas appliances, and products.
新加坡工商局公告的列管货物（CONTROLLED GOODS）必须符合安全标准要求，列管电气产品需强制申请 PSB 验证。产品进入新加坡之前，必须由在新加坡有注册的公司行号作为申请 PSB 的持证者。
Controlled Goods announced by the Singapore authorities must meet safety standard requirements. Controlled electrical products require mandatory PSB certification. Before entering Singapore, the application for PSB certification must be held by a registered company in Singapore.
目前新加坡只要求安全测试，对于 EMC 采用自愿原则。安全要求为在 IEC 标准要求下，产品需符合热带条件测试。
Currently, Singapore only requires safety testing, while EMC is voluntary. Safety requirements dictate that under IEC standards, products must meet tropical condition testing requirements.

申请所需文件
- 安全性测试需具备有效期在三年内的 CB 证书和测试报告（仅英文版）；或由 PSB Corporation 或认可测试实验室根据新加坡标准发出的所有报告；或由新加坡实验室立案体系承认的独立实验室发出之报告。

- 新加坡安规申请授权信（新加坡当地代表公司授权信）；
- 若 CB 证书持有人与新加坡当地代表公司不同，CB 证书持有人须出示授权信；
- 完整的电路/线路图（含额定值），以及零件表；
- 英文使用手册；
- 原版标签或清楚可见的彩色照；
- 彩色外观和内部照片。
- Application Safety testing requires a CB Certificate and Test Report (English only) valid within three years; or all reports issued by PSB Corporation or accredited testing laboratories based on Singapore standards; or reports issued by independent laboratories recognized by the Singapore Laboratory Accreditation Scheme.
- Application details of the Singapore local registered company representative;
- Singapore Safety Application Letter of Authorization (Letter of Authorization from the Singapore local representative company);
- If the CB Certificate holder is different from the Singapore local representative company, the CB Certificate holder must present a Letter of Authorization;
- Complete circuit/wiring diagrams (including ratings) and Bill of Materials (BOM);
- English user manual;
- Original label or clearly visible color photos;
- Color photos of the exterior and interior.
产品进入新加坡之前，必须由在新加坡有税籍的公司行号作为申请 PSB 的持证者。 产品于取得 PSB 之后，方可进入新加坡销售。
Before products enter Singapore, a company registered for tax in Singapore must act as the certificate holder for the PSB application. Products can only be sold in Singapore after obtaining PSB certification.
每张证书只允许列一个型号，所以要求供应商的每一个型号的产品都必须进行注册，并且获得由授权的合格评定机构 (CAB) 或者授权的海外机构 (MRA) 颁发的合格证书 (COC)。
Each certificate allows only one model, so suppliers are required to register every single model of the product and obtain a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) issued by an authorized Conformity Assessment Body (CAB) or an authorized Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA) body.
